Script to add a new user

Does anyone have an example script (php perferably) that will add a new user to Sambar?

I have a client who wants to use the paypal subscription service. The paypal script assigns usernames and passwords and passes them back to the server.

I need to write a php script that will take the username and password supplied by paypal and use this info passed to my php script to set up a new user account.

Seems like I saw a perl script that would add a user account to Sambar years ago, but I cant seem to locate it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
