Can the Sambar Server handle multiple mail hosting accounts? I am currently hosting several web domains and require a few more matching email accounts.

yes, use the domain name as part of the email address.
example: joe@domain1.com sam@domain2.com
users will need to be created using the full joe@domain1.com as their user name.
you must include each domain name in the Local domains section of the mail MTA configuration. Refer to the mail help docs for more info
